Informal arrangements and debt management are options available where you have serious debts and have difficulties in paying the creditors. Sometimes, a formal arrangement is more suitable. We would recommend speaking with us before you speak with your creditors.
In an informal arrangement your creditors are contacted with a view to negotiating with them to accept lower repayments until such time as your circumstances change and you can meet your obligations again.
